  • Welcome, introduction and briefing on circuit techniques
  • Familiarisation laps and 5 driving laps in a BMW or Subaru with professional race driver/ARDS Instructor
  • 6 laps driving a Formula Ford 1600 single-seater racing car
  • Autotest
  • Individual driving assessment and Motor Racing Silver certificate
