Without Cancellation Scheme

Once you have a specific date arranged for your event, the following conditions and charges apply if you need to change the date of your experience:

• More than 30 days prior to the event - £35 administration charge
• 30 days or less to the event - All monies paid are forfeited

With Cancellation Scheme

Our special cancellation scheme allows the driver to transfer to another day, free of charge, in the event of illness of participant or family member, disruption to journey or business commitments. Medical or other documents may be required. Full policy details available on request.
